I was teaching for SFUSD for the last 4 years but am now in Contra Costa at Mt. Diablo Unified School District at a Title 1 school. Fair Oaks Elementary is now my new home! While this is a wonderful school, the school is lacking to provide basic materials for classroom, due to not having enough funds. My class has really old books and very used art materials. I would love to get new books for the class as well as new art materials (paint, markers, crayons, oil pastels, colored pencils). The school does not keep extras of any of these items because they can't afford to. I would also like to get board games, legos, and building materials such as magnet tiles and k'nex. I hope you can support my classroom!
