About
I teach Family and Consumer Education. For us 'old people" it's what we grew up calling Home Economics. I feel that my courses are so important to our students especially today. With more and more working parents my classes provide students with insight into finances, child development, foods and sewing. The practical living skills are things all of our students can benefit from and use in their everyday lives. My classes serve all types of students, college bound, work forces or trades. My students leave my classes with hands on experiences and knowledge that they will use for a lifetime.
