About
My name is Harold Odegard and I've been a music educator for over 20 years. I love teaching music; I find it fulfilling every day, although frustrating too, because of the challenge to inspire others. That I get to affect and spark interest in young people a love and respect for learning music motivated me to return to school to get my doctorate in music education. As a guitarist, I know how valuable knowing how to play music for myself helped me be peaceful when my world wasn't and to connect with others spontaneously in friendship and the joy in music. I hope everyone can get this in whatever they have passion for because life is more fulfilling with it!
