About
I am a teacher by day, and a runner by early morning. RUN HBE was a dream that was born from my desire to share the sport of running with the students on my campus. I knew from my own experience that the running community, the sport, and the act of running itself would be beneficial to our students. With the help of a few colleagues, we were able to launch RUN HBE in September of this year. In 2 months we have welcomed over 150 runners and covered over 750 miles together.
I am a strong believer in the power of education and its ability to shape future generations. I am also a believer in the power of running to shape an individual and to develop perseverance, healthy habits, and a passion for a sport that can be a life long endeavor.
