About
I am a special education teacher at Gerald Adams Elementary School in Key West, Florida. Our school was recently built and there are a number of items I would love to have for my new classroom. I am looking for 2 bean bag chairs, new sets of books for 2-5th grade readers and school supplies (lined paper, pencils, folders etc). I also run student council at our school for 3rd through 5 the grade. This group and my class participate in Unified Special Olympics bowling, bocce and swimming. Plus, my student council members help run YAP or young athletes program for preK through 1st grade Special Education students. All these activities need equipment, buses to get to events and supplies for lunches. Gift cards for Publix or Winn Dixie, small student prizes (oriental trader or dollar store ), and $ donations for buses.
