I have been teaching for 17 years. Now I am a Dual language teacher with a Special education background. It is by far the most rewarding profession, but it has gotten very rigorous. My little 5 year olds must enter a classroom in which all instruction is taught in Spanish. I sometimes feel their anxiety and I try my best to help them relax. This is why I feel that special seating (wiggly chairs, bouncy balls, etc.) would make a difference in calming their little nerves.
