I have been teaching for 17 years and feel that teaching is my calling more and more each year. 3 years ago after having taught lower elementary for many years, I had the opportunity to move up to 6th grade. Although I was very nervous, I took the plunge and have not looked back. I love my fifth and sixth grade students and count it an honor to speak into their lives during these critical years.
