I grew up in a very upside down way. I had one teacher who made me feel like I was the coolest, most capable kid in the world. I had two teachers that did the opposite. I made a decision to be that uplifting teacher for every kid who passes me by, be it a student of mine or not. I strive to make every student seen and assist them to find their own self motivation.
