I teach Dual Language First Grade. My students are low socio-economic disadvantaged. My school is Title 1. My Dual Language will benefit greatly with having a device to use in the classroom and learn how to use effectively. The majority of the students in my class do not have access to a device at home. Therefore, technology will increase literacy in the use of technology.
