As a CTE Teacher in Robeson County, our focus is preparing all students for the workforce through Simulated Workplace. Beyond teaching my designated curriculum, I take a great deal of instructional time preparing my students for daily workplace expectations. My students rely on me to prepare them and teach them how to fill out job applications, create resumes, and even proper interview etiquette. I expect my students to arrive on time, clock in and out of work(class) daily, and even dress in casual business dress attire at least once a week. I take great pride in knowing that my students are prepared to not only behave appropriately in class, but also in any workplace!
