If you’re a teacher
To issue a refund follow these simple steps:
- Go to your Stripe account and log in here.
- Click on ‘Payments’ on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
- Click on the three tiny dots located next to the payment you would like to refund then click on ‘Refund Payment.’
- When prompted, select the reason for the refund then click to ‘confirm.’ The refund is successfully completed once the refund is confirmed.
- Check to see that the word ‘Refunded’ appears next to the donation.
If you’re a donor
Please Note: All funds are given to teachers immediately upon donating. Since funds are immediately available to the teacher we cannot promise that refunds will be made.
To request a refund you’ll need to contact the teacher.

- Click on the message button.
- Ask the teacher to process your donation.
