Refund Policy

If you’re a teacher

To issue a refund follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to your Stripe account and log in here.
  2. Click on ‘Payments’ on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
  3. Click on the three tiny dots located next to the payment you would like to refund then click on ‘Refund Payment.’
  4. When prompted, select the reason for the refund then click to ‘confirm.’ The refund is successfully completed once the refund is confirmed.
  5. Check to see that the word ‘Refunded’ appears next to the donation.

If you’re a donor

Please Note: All funds are given to teachers immediately upon donating. Since funds are immediately available to the teacher we cannot promise that refunds will be made.

To request a refund you’ll need to contact the teacher.

To request a refund follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the teacher profile you donated to.
  2. Click on the message button.
  3. Ask the teacher to process your donation.
