I am currently trying to incorporate flexible seating within my first grade classroom. The majority of my students love to stand and/or rock while completing a task. Therefore, I would like to include ball chairs, floor rockets, wobble chairs, foot fidgets, and portable lap desk. Our school district is 100% title one funded and we lack financing for items that are considered nonessential. My first grade students would love the opportunity to experience alternative seating.
