Dena Henderson

I am a theatre teacher at a large high school in Florida. We run a comprehensive theatre program that gives a variety of opportunities and experiences. Some of our classes are for students who want to try theatre and become more comfortable in front of an audience. Some of our classes are for students who plan to pursue theatre beyond high school and who aspire to more advanced work. My fellow teacher and I work hard to meet students where they are at and grow their skills and confidence. But more than anything we are a home for kids. We are a place where everyone is accepted.
