My school has a very strong sense of community. Our students know that when they walk through those doors they are loved and cared for. I have started a journey into Personalized Learning in my classroom. My students love the voice and choice they get and I love the ability to teach students on their level.

My students come from diverse backgrounds to our Title I school. They have many different experiences and challenges in their daily life. I am a firm believer in my students abilities, despite these challenges. By setting learning goals and targets, my students push past their own expectations in their learning.

Reaching this goal would allow me to better serve my students in Personalized Learning. I want to provide them the best opportunity in my classroom to help make them a successful future citizen.
