April Smith

Hi! My name is April Smith and I am a 5th grade teacher at Williams Township School in Whiteville, NC. I received both my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from The University of North Carolina at Pembroke. I have been teaching for 14 years, with 12 and a half of those being at my current school. I currently teach science and social studies. I LOVE to teach. It is truly my calling in life. I strive to create positive relationships with my students from day one of each school year. I believe that students must first know that you care about them before they will become successful in your classroom.
