I will be teaching kindergarten in the fall. My school has 100% free and reduced lunch. My kids live in poverty and lack the resources to be successful in school. I want to be able to expose them to engaging lessons. I want them to have the same opportunities as any child. During Christmas we even had a toy drive and we were able to give every child two toys for Christmas. For most of these students these were the only Christmas presents that they received.
