Alyssa Finley

I am a third year teacher in Idaho. I have taught 4th grade for 2 years, and this year I am starting a new adventure in 2nd grade in a smaller school district. Being a teacher has always been a dream of mine. I have watched my mom teach and inspire the youth for the past few decades, and I always wanted to follow in her footsteps. I believe teaching isn't only about teaching academics. I believe that it is about building relationships and helping children feel confident and successful in many aspects of their life.
