I teach at an alternative education center for 3 public school districts in Mississippi. I enjoy helping students realoze they've been underestimating themselves, and I want them to know that I care about them learning and enhancing their futures. We use a positive behavior encouragement system which I help to implement. I challenge my students to give their best effort, even if they will only commit to 1 week, just so they can see what their possibilities are.
