Airen Miller

I started teaching in 2015 at Key Elementary. I am incredibly lucky because I went to Key (1985-1991). After 6 years in the elementary world, I am now starting at Arlington High School, of which I am an alumni (class of '98!). I am excited to teach and pass on the spirit, pride, and tradition that is the foundation of AHS. In a world of black and white views, testing and only one right answer, I am able to introduce and open up a world of outside the box thinking, process over product and a million different ways to get to a million different answers. Exploration, risk taking, and discovery through art gives my kids confidence, creativity, and independence. These qualities are so important in navigating our world.
