Hello! I have been teaching for over 11 years now. I teach an Adult Transition Program for a school district in Oregon. My students are ages 18-21 students with disabilities. We help teach and provide support in the areas of transition and vocational skills. Most of my students are living in foster care or group homes and are living on limited income.
